Terms & Conditions
Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on the specifications, quantities and material prices at the time of quoting. Final pricing is confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Samples
Sample charges and courier costs are payable in advance and are credited against confirmed bulk orders of the approved style.
Orders & payment
Production begins after written approval of the pre-production sample and receipt of the agreed deposit. The balance is due before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
Designs, logos and artwork supplied by the buyer remain the buyer's property. We will not reproduce or sell your designs to any third party.
Quality & claims
Goods are inspected to AQL 2.5 before dispatch. Claims for defects must be submitted with photographs within 14 days of delivery.
Delivery
Lead times are estimates and begin once sample approval, materials confirmation and deposit are complete. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm (FOB, CIF or DDP).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be resolved amicably, then by arbitration if required.
